DescriptionThe Town of Port Hedland are seeking suitable submissions for wet area renewals for properties within it housing Portfolio. These works are to be undertaken in FY2019/20 as part of the ten year capital works program.

A full statement of the Goods/Services required under the proposed Contract appears in the attached documentation

Respondents are required to attend a Site Inspection on Friday 16 August 2019 commencing at 9 AM at 18 Counihan Crescent, Port Hedland. The inspection will then continue onto the remaining properties.

Failure to attend this Site Inspection will render the Respondent ineligible to submit Response.

No additional inspection times will be considered due to the properties being tenanted.
