Question:
Hi there, - can you please answer the following questions so we can consider putting in a response?

1) Was this a previous tender for the similar scope?

2) Was this scope previously tendered, and why is Council back in market?

3) What has changed in the scope between the two RFTs?

4) Is $25,000 to $50,000 the allocated budget or an estimate?

5) What does Council already hold and will provide: the 2016 Destination Trails report, the 2018 strategy, detail survey or LiDAR, AHIMS search, ecological assessment, Geotech?

6) Is the work tied to a grant deed, and what is the funding milestone date?

7) 1 year is a long time. Is there a reason that the program is so long?

8) What is the place destination plan scope? Are you looking for local, regional or national visitation?

9) How long do you envisage the dual use trail to be? Is it possible to reduce the grade with a loop trail for example?

10) What are the tenures involved? i.e who owns the subject land? Is there any private land involved?
