This will entail the delivery of both scheduled and unscheduled, reactive and proactive arboriculture services

to attend to the tree assets across the greater region to ensure that all the priorities can be delivered.

This tender shall result in the establishment of two separate arrangements:

1) Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA); and

2) Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS)

Tenderers are invited to bid on one, or more of the arrangements. GRC may choose, in its absolute discretion, to award the PSA to different tenderers or award to one Tenderer.

The boardwalk is to be approximately 90m in length with a width varying between 2.8 - 3.2m, including handrail sections (as required) as detailed in this scope of work. The design shall insure that static electricity buildup across the boardwalk and load bearing members and foundation is adequately addressed. The contractor is responsible for the full design, RPEQ engineering certification, construction, site supervision and provision of as constructed drawings upon completion. '
