Byron Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced entity to manage the facility known as the Bangalow Tennis Courts, located in Bangalow, and activate the site as outlined within this document and in accordance with its various objectives, policies, and plans. The venue is home to 3 synthetic tennis courts. The preference is for a not-for-profit community organisation to manage the Tennis Facility; however, Byron Shire Council invites and will consider submissions from all entities. The license period is to be negotiated, to a maximum of five years.
