<description><![CDATA[<b>Tender Details : </b> Pinjarra Racing Club Inc. is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced lead architectural consultant to provide Architectural, Planning and Design Consultancy Services for the Pinjarra Park Redevelopment Project.<br /><br />The successful consultant will be responsible for the planning, design, multidisciplinary consultant coordination, statutory approvals, detailed design, procurement support and construction phase services for the redevelopment of Pinjarra Park.<br /><br />The Project comprises two separable portions:<br /><br />1. AFFIRMS is a national evidence and research utilisation initiative aimed at improving the consistency, quality and accessibility of fire fatality and injury data across Australia and New Zealand. The successful supplier will work with AFAC member agencies to review existing data sources and methodologies, develop a sustainable reporting framework, support data governance arrangements, and establish processes that enable meaningful analysis and reporting. While technology may form part of the solution, this is primarily a research, data and evidence-based project rather than a standalone software development procurement.
