This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks submissions for commercial usage agreements covering Marina Berths, Passenger Service Desks (including Check-in Desks and Ticket Booths), and Storage Spaces.

Commercial usage agreements will incorporate operational, safety, performance and revenue provisions consistent with Council’s marine facility management framework.

Tenderers may submit for one or more Parts, subject to the requirements of this RFT. Council may award one or more Parts to a single tenderer and retain discretion in the allocation and management of areas and services.

Leases are anticipated to commence from 1 December 2026 for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) further one (1) year option terms exercisable at Council's discretion.

The Suppliers will enter into the Agreement of which this Specification will form part.

This includes:

a) Pool and Aquatic Facilities treatment chemicals

b) Water and Waste Treatment chemicals

c) Agricultural Chemicals and Fertilisers (Products).

This arrangement will be valid for a period of twelve (12) months, with two (2) additional twelve (12) month extensions at Council’s sole and absolute discretion.
