The Panel will operate for an initial term of three (3) years, with one option available to the Principal to extend the Panel for a further period of up to two (2) years.

This is an Open Panel Contract that will establish a selected list of approved Project Management Organisation to undertake the scope requirements, without limiting the principal’s rights in the Conditions of Contract, to accept new suppliers during the contract period following an additional public tender process.

The Panel may be utilised by any business unit, department or functional area of Council during the term of the Panel.

Appointment to the Panel does not guarantee any minimum volume or value of work. Council may engage one or more Panel Suppliers at its discretion throughout the term of the Panel.
