* a Facility with System Restart Service capability to commence only after October 2030 (EOI Part 2).

This is to address contract expiry in the sub-network and to ensure continuity of System Restart Services.

A System Restart Service is a service from a Registered Facility, with an energy producing system, that can start without requiring energy to be supplied from a Network to assist in the re-energisation of the SWIS in the event of a system shut down or major supply disruption.
