The existing pavement has asphalt surfacing with notable deterioration requiring a combination of reconstruction and resurfacing.

This urban road supports high traffic volumes, and all works will be conducted at night to minimise disruption. A concept design, reconstruction methodology, and durable surfacing solution are required to withstand sustained traffic loading over a minimum 30-year design life.
