Tenderers will be required to remove manure from the designated stockpile at an agreed cost per m3.

Removal activities are to occur at times favorable to saleyard operations and as agreed with Council.

Council considers that the manure, as a resource, may provide opportunities to create a new business/industry or to value-add to an existing business/industry and welcomes interest in that regard.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
