We note this is a mandatory site briefing session scheduled for Tuesday 8th July, however there are no instructions on registering our attendance. Can QUT please advise if there is a requirement to register for this briefing session and if so, provide instructions?

There are no formal requirements to register your intention to attend the mandatory briefing session on 8th July. The attendees will be noted on the day.

In the meantime, you simply have to indicate whether you will attend via e-mail or in response to this notification.

Hi,

In order to provide the best price possible for QUT, would you be able to provide clarification on the following items?

The following questions reference specific sections of the RFO Part 2 - Scope of Works/Business Requirements - HVAC Maintenance Services

a) Section 1.2.1.4 In-service safety inspection and testing of Electric Duct Heaters and Fire Dampers

Can you provide the following information:

- Full set of diagrams of the external pipework

- Ductwork inspections and maintenance history (including cleaning)

- Quantities, Condition reports

- Accessibility points

b) Section 1.2.1.5 Chiller Inspections / testing and routine service activities

Refrigerant costs associated with this cannot be defined.

Can you provide a historical register of refrigerant usage for us to determine an approximate cost please?

c) Section 1.2.1.3 Water Treatment

Quantity of water for water treatment.

Is there more information available on the systems, system volumes etc? If not, are we able to go on-site for an inspection? This information would help with chemical usages, tower cleaning and service times etc.

d) Section 1.2.1.2 Filter Maintenance

Is all the equipment fitted with gauges for determining filter status?

e) Section 1.2.1.5 Chiller inspections/ testing and routine service activities

Is there a critical stock list?

f) Section 3.1 MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR PERIODIC INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE. - Schedule #M.6 Cool Rooms & Freezer Rooms

(This relates to Part 2 Attachment 9 - Routine Preventive Maintenance Schedules)

Action 10. Check pipe and conduit penetrations, repack as necessary

What is required here in terms of certification? Current condition or defective penetration quantities?

General Questions

g) Accommodation - Will office accommodation be provided on site for the team?

h) Access - Given we don't understand the general access to equipment situation, and we will be utilizing a standard set of minutes per equipment type, can we alter this should access prove difficult to ceiling housed equipment or the like.

i) Rust and Painting works - How do you know the condition of the plant to determine how much remedial painting work is required.

If you could also advise of other questions that have been asked alongside the answers to those, that would be much appreciated.
