The Department of Transport and Main Roads (Queensland), on behalf of the National Automated Access System (NAAS) program, is providing advance notice of an upcoming procurement for the establishment of a Commercial Project Management Office (C-PMO).

The NAAS program initiative delivers an operational digital platform that supports automated heavy vehicle access decisions for industry and Road Managers.

As NAAS transitions to its next delivery stage, the program intends to engage a Commercial PMO to provide integrated governance, coordination, and delivery assurance across multiple delivery partners and jurisdictions.

It is currently intended that this procurement will be conducted as an open market approach.

The anticipated scope of the C-PMO includes, but is not limited to:

• Program and project governance and reporting

• Coordination of multi-supplier delivery arrangements

• Schedule, risk, dependency, and financial management

• Stakeholder coordination across jurisdictions and industry participants

• Support for transition, jurisdiction onboarding and integration, and ongoing delivery activities
