Mount Barker District Council invites tenders from suitably qualified parties for the construction works associated with the Bernhardt Court Flood Mitigation Stage 2 in Mount Barker.

Council is undertaking major upgrade works to the Creek in Mount Barker. The works are to be awarded as two separable portions to the one tenderer, or one separable portion only due to operational requirements (e.g. Landscaping SP is excluded from awarded contract). Project to be delivered as funding is approved and proposed as follows:

• Portion 1 to be delivered by end of June 2027

• Portion 2 to be delivered by end of June 2027
