Question:
In the pricing schedule under grease trap maintenance can you please clarify what the scope of works is to be included such as pump out and service the grease arrestor or unblock the grease arrestor. Can you please also clarify if it is to service the grease arrestor please specify the size e.g. 200L or 5000L

A price for the cleaning/ base labour only is sufficient, as the scope of works may vary depending on the service required. If you have made any assumptions or have additional comments regarding the pricing you have submitted, please include these alongside your pricing response so that we are aware of what has been allowed for.

With these questions - 7.2. Can your company provide 5 records of work-related incidents logged in your Incident and Injury Register?

Is it a requierment to provide the evidence in the submission or when requested suffice?
