Question:
In relation to the pricing schedule, specifically Sections 2a to 2j, we note that many of these line items may vary significantly depending on site-specific conditions and the required materials.

For example, Item 2a, “Replace toilet pan”, could involve a substantial difference in material cost depending on whether the existing or required pan is ceramic, stainless steel, accessible, ambulant, vandal-resistant, etc.

Could you please confirm whether there is any further information available regarding the materials, fixtures, specifications, or minimum standards we are required to allow for when pricing these items?

Answered on 26/May/2026 02:31 PM:

The pricing schedule is intended to focus on the labour and service delivery costs, rather than specific parts and materials required as these may vary depending on the asset type and site conditions.

Question:
In the pricing schedule under grease trap maintenance can you please clarify what the scope of works is to be included such as pump out and service the grease arrestor or unblock the grease arrestor. Can you please also clarify if it is to service the grease arrestor please specify the size e.g. 200L or 5000L

Answered on 15/Jun/2026 09:56 AM:

A price for the cleaning/ base labour only is sufficient, as the scope of works may vary depending on the service required. If you have made any assumptions or have additional comments regarding the pricing you have submitted, please include these alongside your pricing response so that we are aware of what has been allowed for.
