Isaac Regional Council was formed on Saturday 15 March 2008 through the amalgamation of three former shires: Belyando, Broadsound and Nebo. Council’s role is to provide facilities throughout the region in an effective and efficient manner and encourage strategic and sustainable development of the area for the benefit of all citizens.

An invitation is extended to you to submit a written Expression of Interest for IRC-IS-0626-EOI479 Theresa Creek Dam Destination Development

Expression of Interests must be in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written Expression of Interest is lodged prior to the Closing Time, being 10am Monday, 17 August 2026 AEST.

The Site Meeting is optional and held by appointment via Vendorpanel message, please see attached 'IRC-IS-0626-EOI479 Conditions' for further details.

The Industry Briefing is optional and is scheduled for 10:00am on Friday 17 July 2026 and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Please see attached 'IRC-IS-0626-EOI479 Conditions' for further details

All specification, general enquiries and written expression of interests must be submitted via VendorPanel only. Please do not send expression of Interests directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
