These services support the Queensland tourism industry through the provision of unique rail tourism experiences including special events and charters through the operation of a small fleet of heritage services.

Our Regional networks and Freight team provides rail access for freight operators and other Queensland Rail supply chain customers to enable the critical transport of resources and general freight across the state.

Again thank you for your note. We have tried to gain access to the site on 3 different computers and the system only allows us to go so far.

In two instances it said it had provided passwords, which did not arrive.

I am sorry to say we cannot tender for design and publishing using the Ariba tender system, which is a shame.

Hi I think you have my tender mixed up with another. My tender gives clear instructions on what to do and it is not for design and publishing.

It might be worth you chatting with at Q Tenders,

If you look at the tender information displayed on the QTender site under number VP474107 on the Q Tender site, there is a mention of UNSPCS2 / UNSPS3 - which relates to Published Products and Design services.

Hence my interest. I'll phone the QTender help line to see if they can provide further help.

I did select a category of suppliers under printing (not sure of subcategories) to capture any interested parties form the public marketplace of registered suppliers. In the advertisement (it is not a tender in VP) I have not requested responses in VP; it provides instructions on how to contract me for further information and also in the attachments instructions on how to register in Ariba. I am not in a position to attach anything via this chat, ad other vendors seemed to be able to register and review the attachment in the advertisement for open tender OK, so maybe it's an issue on your end.
