Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater seeks Tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake refurbishment works at Mt Crosby East Bank Water Treatment Plant.

The scope of works for this engagement include:

Refurbishment of TEB-Sedimentation Basin 2, THH Holts Hills Filter (Sludge) Basins 5

Refurbishment of TEB-Sedimentation Basins 3, THH-Holts Hills Filter (Sludge) Basins 4, and Coating works for TEB-Sludge Thickening and Sludge Settling Tanks?

Refurbishment of TEB-Sedimentation Basin 4, THH-Holts Hills Filter (Sludge) Basins 3, and Coating works for TEB-Backwash Balance tank and for TEB - Sludge Balance Tank.

The expected term of the arrangement shall be three (3) years.

30 January 2025: Seqwater is currently preparing Addendum 2 to capture:

- the release of 05841 - Section C - Conditions of Contract (for information purposes only);

- a one (1) week extension of time (EOT) to the closing date of the RFT;

- response to all RFI's received.

We have received a number of RFI's that are duplications, can all tenderers hold off on any future RFI's until Addendum 2 has been released.
