The Town of Victoria Park (Town) invites submissions from suitably experienced Respondents to develop a feasibility study, needs analysis and redevelopment options for the possible redevelopment of the Town’s Aqualife facility.

This will be achieved by detailed research, analysis of a variety of inputs, confirming alignment with strategic objectives, considering stakeholder needs, completing a range of preparatory assessments and filtering possible options into a shortlist of more promising options through a multi-criteria assessment.

The feasibility study will specifically consider the potential for migration of the facilities, assets and services currently provided at the Town’s Leisurelife facility to the Aqualife site.
