The intent of this project is to undertake the structural remediation works recommended within the Structural Assessment Report to restore the structural integrity, durability and serviceability of the facility, extend the operational life of the building, and ensure the facility remains safe and functional for staff, patients and visitors. The Contractor shall allow for all labour, materials, plant, equipment, temporary works, supervision and incidentals necessary to deliver a complete and compliant outcome.

A structural condition assessment of the Lockhart River Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) was completed by engineering consultant in April 2026 to assess the structural condition of the facility and identify the extent of remedial works required.
