Hi - can you confirm if the Harold St Facility is a 7 day a week operation?

Can you also confirm how many staff work at the facility (excluding WFH staff) and average staff attendance per day of the week?

Hi

I note the tender document states that council approvals under the food act are required. Brisbane City Council do not require businesses selling pre-packaged foods to hold a food licence.

could you confirm that you would accept proposals from vending companies which have a full HACCP food safety plan?

This is a far more detailed and comprehensive food safety policy than a council licence.

May I ask why the previous vendor removed their machines last month?

The previous supplier's machines were not serviced sufficiently leading to long periods of time where the machines were non-operational. We were also looking for a more modern fee structure.
