The Department of Primary Industries, through Agriculture, requires the design and construction of irrigation infrastructure to support the research and commercial cropping activities conducted at the Central Queensland Smart Cropping Centre (CQSCC) in Emerald, Queensland.

**SITE VISIT***

This RFQ has an optional site visit at 9.00am on Thursday, 19 February 2026 at CQSCC. It is not mandatory for Suppliers to attend the site visit in order to submit a quote. Further information on registration can be found in the "DPI26044 - Project Brief" document.

Please be advised that the Request for Quote (RFQ) DPI26044 Central Queensland Smart Cropping Centre (CQSCC) Irrigation Design & Construct is being temporarily paused while additional surveying in relation to the requirement is completed as previously outlined in Addendum No. 1 dated 18 March 2026.

The RFQ will be reopened once this surveying is completed and the additional information will be made available via the Queensland Procurement Solution.
