A tender site meeting will be held at 9am on Tuesday 15th September at Inglewood SPS1, Frey St, Inglewood.

All interested tenderers are welcome to attend.

Any information or clarification provided during the site meeting that may affect the scope or requirements of the RFT will be documented and issued to all tenderers via VendorPanel.

No RSVP is required for the site visit.

Interested tenderers are welcome to attend at the nominated date and time.

Council will record the names and organisations of tenderers in attendance on the day.

As an alternative to the Pre-Cast Concrete Pump Station nominated, would Council give consideration to an FRP Station which will withstand all ground pressure, has WSAA Appraisal Certificate and is provided with an RPEQ Composite Engineer Design Verification Statement?

Council requires a concrete precast well for this pump station project in compliance with the specification. An FRP station will not be accepted as a conforming offer for this pump station.

Council will consider all precast concrete pump station designs, provided the proposed design meets all requirements of the Contract Documents, Technical Specification, relevant Australian Standards and is suitable for purpose.

The relevant technical specifications and supporting information for the proposed precast pump station are to be included with the tender submission to demonstrate compliance with the specified requirements.

Addendum 2

Previous advice issued during the tender process indicated that Council would undertake the spray seal works at a later date.

This advice is superseded by this Addendum.

The Contractor is to design and construct the site access in accordance with the Technical Specification and approved design, including a hot two-coat chip spray sealed bitumen surface.

The Contractor is now required to include the complete site access works in their tender submission and pricing.

No works by Council are to be assumed for the site access or spray seal component.
