Question:
The specification references a managed stationery solution, including monitoring, replenishment and optimisation of stock across Council sites. Would Council consider alternative service models whereby authorised Council staff place orders directly as required from an approved and standardised product range, with the supplier providing agreed pricing, reporting and account management support, rather than a vendor-managed inventory solution?
