Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Services invite Principal Contractors to undertake Supply & Installation of Electrical and Building works for Southern Electrical Rectification Project (SERP) under AS2124-1992- Tender Requirements and Special Conditions of Contract and Annexure.

Locations:

Tenderers are required to provide their fixed priced fee for each of the following in scope sites/tasks and provide this figure on the Tender Form:

- Lockhart River PHCC

- Napranum PHCC

- Aurukun PHCC

- Provisional Sums

The following are optional additional yields (if Ordered) and are to be priced as part of the contract submission and may form part of the contract scope, at the principals’ discretion. The optional additional yields are not to be included in the tender lump sum price. Time for completion from acceptance, to be amended within the annexure upon the principal’s acceptance of (if Ordered) additional yields.

Further to the Invitation to Offer No. QC128971, offerors are advised of the following change to the Invitation to Offer tender documents.



The closing date for submissions will be extended to 2pm Monday 3rd November 2025.

Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service will accept resubmissions from suppliers that have already submitted a proposal. Please ensure a new proposal is submitted prior to 2pm Monday 3rd November 2025.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
