OVERVIEW

Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTWW013 - 26/27 - Water Reservoirs: Boys Ave 1 & 2 and Takura Roof Replacements - Design & Construct.

This invitation to offer is in separable portions. The Principal may only award any portion depending on funding availability. The Principal requires the tenderer to price all portions or part portions and provide a discount if awarded all portions in one process.

The Principal may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.


MANDATORY TENDER BRIEFING

A Tender Briefing is mandatory for this tender. The details are outlined below:

Hi,

I note that the mandatory site briefing is currently scheduled for 23 September.

Unfortunately, I will be on annual leave at that time and wanted to enquire whether it may be possible to reschedule the site inspection to the following week.

I completely understand if rescheduling is not possible due to project or tender requirements. In that case, I will endeavour to make arrangements for a suitable BME Australia representative to attend the scheduled briefing on our behalf.

Please let me know if there is any flexibility with the inspection date.
