Question:
Hi There,

1. We are wondering regarding access hours for a variety of preventative maintenance testing please:

a) Monthly & 6 monthly testing - please confirm tank, pumps, fire panels, EWIS and gas systems can all be tested in normal hours

b) Fire panel, EWIS and Gas annuals - please confirm when these can be done and approximate duration

c) Hydrant annual flow test - please confirm this can be done in normal hours

d) Additional security areas (e.g. strong rooms) - please confirm if these only need additional notice for bookings but can be done in normal hours

2. Quarterly HVAC testing is not listed on the routine maintenance schedule - can you please confirm if these will be done on a Do & Charge basis?
