Do you have a full Pricing Schedule please? I have not been able to locate one in the current documents - I have located 5893_Schedule_1A-Lump_Sum_Contract however it does not allow for a break down of the price.

No pricing is required for this tender. Council will shortlist 2 tenderers through this tender process. The shortlisted tenderers will be required to price the project during Stage 2. Refer to "1.5893 Request for Tender" clause 1.3 for Council Objectives on this tender.

Please confirm whether a Schedule S3 Traffic Management Plan outline is required to be submitted during this initial stage?

Council confirms that a Traffic Management Plan outline is required to be submitted during Stage 1 of the Tender.

Tenderers shall submit a Traffic Management Plan outline addressing the requirements listed in “5893 Schedule 1 - Response Annexures” Clause 9 Schedule 1E during Stage 1 of this tender. There is no requirement to provide project-specific set of Traffic Guidance Schemes within Stage 1 of the Tender.

The "1.5893_Request_for_Tender" document, Schedule 3 has a prequalification requirement of R3, F25 with contractors having work carried out for a value greater than $20,000,000.

The "5893_Schedule_1B-M8_Prequalification_Requirements_(or_equivalent)" schedule has a requirement of R2, F5.

Which one is applicable?

R3, F25 prequalification is correct. File "5893 Schedule 1B - M8 Prequalification Requirements v2" has been updated in the tender suite.

The request for tender states this tender is a 2 stage process, suggesting EOI first followed by pricing by the two shortlisted companies. However the Response Annexure indicates tenderers are required to complete Schedule 1A lump sum contract.

Can Council please confirm if this first stage of the procurement process requires contracts to provide a lump sum offer?

Please disregard Schedule 1A in the Response Annexure. No pricing is required for Stage 1 of this tender. Only shortlisted tenderers who proceed to Stage 2 will be required to provide a lump sum offer.
