SOA Invitation to Offer No PROSTHINR25 for the provision of Interventional Neuroradiology Prostheses and Consumables.

The scope of the Invitation to Offer will cover the following requirements:

i. Implantable devices used in Interventional Neuroradiology procedures;

ii. Non-implantable consumables directly associated with Interventional Neuroradiology procedures (e.g. guidewires, catheters)

These devices and consumables were previously listed under the broad subcategory of Interventional Radiology on PROSTH201401-1.

Not in scope:

Products associated with vascular interventional radiology procedures outside of interventional neuroradiology procedures.

• Surgically implantable prostheses and related consumables

• Neuro-endoscopy products

• Surgical instruments and sets

• Capital equipment (unless provided as loan)

Hi

The closing date for questions is 10th December 2025 on Page 10 of Part A: SOA Invitation to Offer (ITO).

However, on the vendor panel, it shows as 5th Dec.

Please confirm what is the correct Supplier query cut-off date.

Please can you confirm that under the details of Recall Incidents / TGA SARA entries, should this include details of all Product Alerts or Product Corrections (i.e. product would not have been recalled from the market however, a notification would have gone to the customer to notify them of an issue, and they need to inspect their device for a defect or to notify of potential deficiencies)

Dear QLD Health team,

We would like to get some clarification on whether Radial Access products are intended to be covered under this ITO (PROSTHINR25). We have reviewed the published categories and are uncertain whether GSS is included. Appreciate some insight around this.

If products are intended for neurointerventional use and an existing category or subcategory isn't sufficient, please submit under the Neurointerventional-Other option and provide a comment. If the products may be captured under another specialty or across specialties, we are planning a general cardiovascular/vascular contract next year.
