The Contractor is responsible for providing a comprehensive service that ensures efficient and
hygienic washing processes of reusable food ware for events, markets and other activities
primarily on Council land within the Byron Shire. There is additional opportunity to service
events both inside and outside of the Shire via approval.

Who is responsible for financially covering any stock losses incurred?
Who will reorder lost stock and when?
Is it mandatory for the trailer to be physically present at every event?
What level of company promotion will Council and event organisers provide through their social media, advertising and marketing activities?
Can additional trailers be deployed to support larger or higher-demand markets?
What measures are in place to minimise stock losses at markets?
Will payment be based on the volume of stock washed, the stock supplied, per market or another metric?
Will payment amounts vary in line with market usage or attendance levels?
If the markets increase the number of food vendors, will the service price increase accordingly?
Where will excess stock be stored and is there 24hr access?
Will events fall on ie New Year's Eve- Christmas Eve - be paid as per public holidays.
What is the plan if multiple events fall on the same day?
What is the process for variation of contract?
