Sunwater is seeking offers for the provision of Vegetation management services within the Mareeba Dimbulah Water Supply Scheme (WSS).

Details
Our 19 dams and 1951 kilometres of pipeline store, capture and deliver around 40 per cent of the water used commercially in Queensland to more than 5000 customers.

Sunwater invites suitably qualified contractors to submit offers for the establishment of an Arrangement for the provision of Vegetation management services across the Mareeba Dimbulah Water Supply Scheme (WSS).

The Arrangement is intended to provide Sunwater with access to an experienced and capable vegetation management contractor to deliver services throughout the Mareeba Dimbulah WSS as required.

As part of this procurement, Sunwater is committed to supporting regional suppliers and industry. Accordingly, it is desirable that services are delivered by locally based or regional contractors where practicable.

Question:
Good Evening Sunwater,

Do Sunwater require any specialised equipment that can mow/slash embankments up to 50 degrees without marking up the engineered surfaces at all ? Our machine has a 5Ft cut and only weighing 850Kg ( lighest in its class).

Makes slope maintenace alot safer operating the machine through the camera or line of site. Removing operators sitting on man operated Machines

Good Evening Sunwater,

Does sun water have any Satellite maps that show the locations at all, from an ariel view to find the locations at all? The lot allotment numbers make it hard to find the exact locations for the sites for our own records.
