Background information / Compatibility requirements
Details
MNHHS has historically experienced difficulty collecting Medicare ineligible patient hospital fees with significant amounts of debt written off each financial year. In response to this issue, in recent years debt recovery suppliers have been engaged to assist with the recovery of these fees. This debt collection service model has been successful in helping manage these collections.

Details
MNHHS require the services of an experienced debt recovery Supplier/s who has the capability to perform debt recovery services with assistance from MNHHS. A Contract for the Services may be established as a result of this approach to market.

Section 1.2.1b) a. Manage the debt recovery process for Medicare ineligible patients attending any of MNHHS facilities, from attendance of the patient at a facility through to final recovery of the debt

Q: Do you require the DCA to be QLD based in order to be able to attend these facility sites in person to address these patient's bills?
