Douglas Shire Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to research and develop a scoping study into the need for and next steps to develop a Marine Industry Precinct on a greenfield site in Port Douglas, including researching the current state of the local and statewide marine industry through research and engagement with stakeholders, identifying benefits, opportunities and challenges, and setting out practical next steps to achieving progress on these. A key outcome will be providing the information required to apply for future grant funding opportunities, potentially in partnership with industry.
