What the buyer is requesting
Details
The Principal has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:

Establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) primarily for the procurement of equipment funded through the Sustaining Capital Program – Equipment Replacement (SCP-ER), formerly the Health Technology Equipment Replacement Program (HTER), the Capacity Expansion Program (CEP), and other Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) projects.

Over the next five years, based on projected capacity growth and the need to replace ageing equipment, demand for these programs is estimated to include:

o Up to 105 Fixed Digital Radiography (DR) systems.

o Up to 126 Mobile DR systems.

Please note: These figures are indicative only and do not constitute a confirmed purchase commitment. They are subject to change.

The scope of the Standing Offer Arrangement includes:

o Fixed DR Equipment.

o Mobile DR Equipment.

o Delivery, installation and all associated set up costs.

o Ongoing servicing and maintenance.

For clarity, this iteration of the SOA no longer includes the following subcategories:

o Mobile Computer Radiography (CR) Equipment.

o Mobile Fluoroscopic Equipment.

The successful Offeror is required to work collaboratively with the Eligible Customer.

Question:
Within the service pricing documentation are we able to add additional tabs along the bottom like the previous SOA for Service Travel Charges and Labour rates?

Thank you for your question. To clarify, Columns S and T on the Pricing Sheet have been set up to enable you to enter this information on a line-by-line basis as applicable. The cost can be entered in column S, with a description in column T. Any additional clarifications can be included in the Comments section of Column U. Please ensure to select the relevant Service Level in Column C for each additional cost.

Question:
Within the Base Unit configuration it is requested that a Dose Area Product meter is mandatory. As all the systems come with very accurate calculated Dose Area Product can this be standard and then the DAP meter be an option

Thank you for your question. We can confirm that this question is intended to ensure that the device is able to accurately report the Dose Area Product. If your systems are able to do this via calculation, rather than measurement, then this is acceptable for this criterion.
