Woollahra Municipal Council (Council) invites tenders from experienced commercial operators for a Council licence, to equip, operate and manage either or both:

i) the Kayak hire, storage & coaching facility, at Rose Bay Park, Rose Bay (Park Facility) and/or;

ii) Kayak, non-motorised watercraft hire & storage facility, on the beach at Tingira Memorial Park, Rose Bay (Beach Facility).

Tenderers have the option to manage and operate both licences under a consolidated Licence.

The primary use of the Premises are: Kayak hire, coaching facility and storage on a portion of Rose Bay Park and hire and storage of Kayaks and non-motorised watercrafts on a portion of the beach at Tingiria Memorial Park.

The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into a licence of the Premises with the Council for five (5) years.
