The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:



Design and Construct Medical/Office, Property Store and Covered Area Extension

Design:

• Design and certification of modular building

• Design and certification of Property Store

• Design and certification of Covered Area Extension

• Design of site works

Construction:

• Manufacture of a modular building

• Manufacture of Property Store

• General construction of a covered area extension

• Modular site works – transportation, foundations, complexing and auxiliary structures

• Installation of shed building

• General site works – site establishment, earthworks, service connections, fencing, landscaping, commissioning etc

Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works

Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m

Prequalification (PQC) Registration

Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site. The tender close date is Thursday 20th August 2026 at 14:00pm AEST
