Armidale Council are seeking a suitably experienced Civil Contractor to undertake the replacement of Oaky River Bridge.

Tenders are invited for the project which includes the installation of a temporary Principal provided temporary bridge, demolition of the existing timber bridge and the supply and installation of a single span propriety low-cost structure, including all associated works.

Enquiries regarding this tender may be directed through Vendor Panel to the Project Manager, Adam Bashford.

A pre-tender briefing meeting will be held on site, at Oaky River on Wakefield Road, Wollomombi approximately 54km east of Armidale on 29 October 2026 commencing at 10.00a.m. Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended. Please register your attendance.

Tenders must be lodged by 3 p.m. on 10 November 2026 via Council’s E-tendering website:

Late Tenders will not be accepted and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
