Details
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Rail Division, has an exciting opportunity for high performing candidates for Project Director roles in the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office (RIDO) across the current program of works.

RIDO leads the delivery of a growing major rail program of passenger rail infrastructure projects in South East Queensland to deliver on government priorities.

The current program includes:

• Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project ($5.75 billion)

• Loganlea Station Relocation Project ($174 million)

• Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade Project ($1.004 billion)

• New Albion Station Project.

These projects are key infrastructure investments to deliver ahead of the Brisbane 2023 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

In addition, there are a number of rail projects that are being considered in the pipeline to be delivered for the future of the Queensland community.

Tenderers are to note the following:

Offerors may submit for one or multiple roles.

• Closing date for clarifications – Thursday 01 May 2025 at 2pm.

• Tender date and closing time – Thursday 08 May 2025 at 2pm. All lodgements must be via VendorPanel

Question:
The RFQ notes, “Although a number of roles have been explicitly identified in the Request for Quote, TMR could potentially look to engage resources for other roles across RIDO from this process and encourage all suitable candidates to apply”.

Could you please provide guidance on potential timeframes that offers submitted for LGC-24-003 could be utilised for other roles across RIDO? For example, are these for other roles for engagement in 2025 or for future roles in 2026 and onward?
