• analyse variation in delivery approaches across PHNs, including alignment of commissioned activities with Hospital and Health Service (HHSs) Joint Regional Plans, and implications for effectiveness, reach, and value for money
• identify and document effective models of collaboration across government and non-government sectors, including the role of PHNs in coordinating regionally responsive AOD initiatives

Background information / Compatibility requirements
Details
The Commission is funding PHNs across Queensland to deliver a program of regionally tailored activities that support implementation of priority actions under Achieving balance: The Queensland Alcohol and Other Drugs Plan 2022–2027 (Achieving balance).
Joint Regional Plans are jointly developed and owned by PHNs and HHSs as a key mechanism to improve coordination, integration and responsiveness of AOD services.
The Initiative supports PHNs to respond to local needs and deliver or commission activities that strengthen workforce capability, improve early identification and response to AOD-related harms, and enhance coordination across health and related sectors.
The Initiative is delivered through a collaborative governance model involving the Commission, a Lead PHN, and participating PHNs. The Lead PHN, nominated by the Queensland PHN network, coordinates implementation across regions, including consolidating reporting, milestone tracking and administrating of payments in accordance with Commission approved funding allocations.
This model supports coordinated implementation across Queensland while enabling regional flexibility and tailored responses. It leverages the existing commissioning role, partnerships and local knowledge of PHNs.
The Commission requires an external Supplier to undertake an independent evaluation of the Initiative, including assessment of outcomes and broader system impacts. The evaluation will also examine the effectiveness of the collaborative model to inform future policy and investment decisions.

Question
:
Thank you for uploading the recording of the briefing session.
Although we have successfully downloaded the file, we are unable to play it past 17 minutes without receiving an error message. We've downloaded more than once, on different computers. Are you able to check whether the file is functioning correctly at your end? If it isn't, is there any chance of accessing a transcript?
Many thanks
