Site Visit 27/08/2025 - outcome of discussion:

Please note at the site visit held on 27/08/205, the following was discussed:

- Preference for poles to be installed inside of play area kerbing, which is currently filled with woodchips. This allows easier mowing of lawn area on outside of play are kerbing.

- Ground condition, i.e. rock, is unknown. It is assumed that clay may be found when boring. This site has not be dug for many years, but is assumed would be sift from years of watering.

- Time frame for completion of project is prior to summer weather and December / January / February school holiday period. Please consider in your proposed timeframe that September is typically quite windy in Broken Hill and January / February is quite hot in Broken Hill.

- Section 2.3.2 of the Tender document notes: "Colour selection of sails and structures to be confirmed in consultation with Council, with preference for alignment with shade sails currently installed at the Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre". This information is no longer valid and colour selection will be made once contract has been awarded.
