The North Burnett Region is a local government area in Queensland, Australia in the northern catchment of the Burnett River. Established in 2008, it was preceded by several previous local government areas with histories extending back to the early 1900s.

North Burnett Regional Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit an Offer for the delivery of road restoration works associated with the March 2026 disaster event under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).

The works comprise the reconstruction of damaged unsealed roads in the Gayndah and Mundubbera areas, as detailed in the Scope of Works, Specifications and associated Price Schedules.

The procurement is divided into the following Separable Portions:

• Separable Portion 1 – Gayndah Area Portion 1

• Separable Portion 2 – Gayndah Area Portion 2

• Separable Portion 3 – Mundubbera Area Portion 3

• Separable Portion 4 – Mundubbera Area Portion 4

Council may award the works to one or more Tenderers.
