Drawing F320 specifies 50mm wide sand slits; however, Item 8.2 in the pricing schedule nominates 100mm wide sand slits.

Could you please confirm correct width?

Also, could you please provide the quantity in linear meters, as the schedule currently shows the quantity in square meters.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses, we have been working closely with local suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and finalise key components of our proposal. The process of sourcing and evaluating suitable local vendors has taken longer than anticipated, which has impacted our ability to complete the submission within the current timeframe.

Given these circumstances, we respectfully request a two-week extension to the tender closing date, moving the deadline from 29/05/2026 to 12/06/2026.

Our project timelines have been carefully planned to ensure the contract can be presented to Council in time for the works to be awarded and to commence in September. Unfortunately, due to these constraints, we are unable to extend the tender submission deadline.

Do we need professional indemnity insurance? Invitation to supply document states $10m of PI is required. Or is it not applicable for these works? In relation to contract insurance, this would be obtained after contract is awarded so what is the expectation to fill in that box?

We kindly request an extension of time for the closing date of this tender. We not that both this tender and St James Park are both due within a few hours of each other. To ensure clean and accurate submissions are provided for both projects we request an extension for early to mid next week.
