Question:
In relation to the supplied Meecham Consulting Engineers drawings for the proposed works see below RFI's:

1. Drawings are marked For Construction, has a Form 15 been provided?

2. They call up a series of cleat extensions but haven’t nominated any size or profile on what it is required, please provide.

3. Do you have any idea on the spacing between cleats along the length of the building (grids 1-14) so I can work out a rough idea on how many cleats we will need?

4. The C100.19 Studs @ 450 ctrs is that just at either end to act as gable framing?

5.
The three X braces are shown sitting under the ridge line. What are they attached to?

6.
Detail Section 01 on S3 states "Allow Double Purlins & Cleats 150mm from Ridge Centreline". Can you please provide a sketch detail on this, not exactly what is getting

connected and to what members.

An Addenda has been issued in response to this query.

Question:
1. The tender document "Medium Works Conditions of Contract" indicates that a Building Certifier is not applicable (Annexure Item 20). Under QBCC a re-roof requires a Building Certifier to issue a Building Approval prior to works commencing. Please confirm if we are to allow for these costs or if Q Build will be engaging the Building Certifier.

2. I note receipt of the structure markup received in Addendum 1. Please confirm if a Form 15 for Structural Design will be provided as part of the tender documents or are we to engage a RPEQ to issue a Form 15.
