Logan City Council (Council) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for inclusion on a ‘Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement’ for the provision of construction, refurbishment, demolition and associated infrastructure works across Council’s facilities, buildings and broader asset portfolio.

The arrangement is intended to provide Council with access to a panel of capable contractors to support the delivery of a diverse range of capital works and infrastructure projects. Works may include the design, construction, refurbishment, expansion, renewal, upgrade, demolition and commissioning of new and existing assets, together with associated building, mechanical, electrical and related infrastructure works.

The proposed arrangement comprises the following panel categories:

Panel 1 Tier 1 Major Projects and High Risk

Panel 2 Tier 2 Medium Projects

Panel 3 Tier 3 Small to Medium Projects

Panel 4 Mechanical and Electrical Capital Works

Panel 5 Modular Buildings

Council intends to appoint multiple Contractors to each panel to ensure sufficient market coverage, capacity and flexibility to meet current and future project requirements.

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.

All enquiries in relation to this tender must be submitted via the VendorPanel Online Forum.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

The Tender can only be submitted electronically through VendorPanel and prior to the Closing Date. At any time prior to the Closing Date, Council may issue additional or different information to tenderers, which shall be taken into account in preparation of the Tender.
