1. TechnologyOne integration: No specific scope has been developed for TechnologyOne integration at this point. Council is interested to understand if the proposed solution has the capability or potential to integrate with TechnologyOne and if this has been done for other Australian Government organisations. If there are already price schedules for this type of integration, please supply them. However, this is not mandatory for the scope of this tender and will be considered a "Value Add" addition to the core value proposition.

2. Users: 450 employee users and 500 contractors

3. Cyber Insurance: The Cyber Insurance preferred limit is $20 million but the respondents are able to submit their current limit for Cyber Insurance and state the risk factors around the lower limit. Compliance Criterion 2.7 states that the insurance requirements for this Request for Tender are stipulated in the General Conditions of Contract. A General Conditions of Contract document does not appear among the four documents issued with this RFT. Could Council please: (1) issue that document, or confirm where the binding insurance requirements are to be found; (2) confirm whether the Cyber Insurance figure of $20 million, which is annotated "Preferred limit" while the Public Liability and Product Liability figures are not, is a mandatory minimum for compliance purposes or a preference against which a lower limit may be offered and assessed; (3) confirm whether, where a lower limit is held at the time of tender, Council will accept a written undertaking to increase cover to the specified limit prior to the contract commencement date of 1 July 2027, supported by a broker's confirmation of insurability; and (4) confirm whether Professional Indemnity cover is required for this engagement, as it is not listed in the 2.7 table.
