Question
:
Hi Rob,
Thank you for the opportunity to quote for the Salisbury Research Facility Cleaning Services.
We would appreciate clarification on the routine service frequency so we can ensure our pricing is aligned with the required scope.
In the Contract Details, under Delivery Requirements, it states that services are to be delivered at 2 intervals per week on Tuesday and Friday between 7:30am and 4:00pm. However, another section refers to regular services being performed Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 4:00pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Could you please confirm whether the routine cleaning requirement is:
two service visits per week on Tuesday and Friday, or
daily service Monday to Friday?
Could you also please confirm whether any weekend or public holiday routine services are required, or whether these would only apply if separately requested?
Thank you for your clarification.
Kind regards,
Aura Klean Pty Ltd
