Question:
Hi,

Is a traffic control utility to be included in the pricing schedule with the controller? Or is this to be priced separately?

Is all travel less than 80klm to be included within the normal rates?

Kind regards

Answered on 18/Sep/2025 10:55 AM:

Traffic control utility (traffic controller cost) is to be included within the Traffic Controller Cost section of the Pricing Schedule.

Miscellaneous items, including but not limited to portable traffic lights, VMS boards, arrow boards, or other specialised equipment, are to be priced separately under the Miscellaneous Costs section.

All travel within an 80 km radius of the Wagga Wagga Civic Center is to be deemed included in the normal rates. Only travel exceeding 80 km within councils LGA may be claimed as an additional cost.

Question:
The Contract Term is for 24mth + an option 3 x 12mth extensions at Council's discretion. Is there an opportunity to adjust Rates after the first 12month anniversary - or must we factor in expected cost increases over an initial 24month period? Further to this, at the time that a Rate adjustment is permitted, what mechanism is to be used (eg: CPI Sydney)?

Answered on 01/Oct/2025 01:41 PM:

As outlined in the pricing schedule Year One's Price and Year Two's Prices are to be set for the initial contract period.

Please reference Section 1.5 in the amended Tender Documentation.

Question:
Please ignore prior query.

Revising the question: The Contract Term is for 24mth + an option 3 x 12mth extensions at Council's discretion. Is there an opportunity to adjust Rates upon the first 12month anniversary, to take effect in the 2nd year? Or must the Rates be held for the whole period of the initial 24months?

Answered on 01/Oct/2025 01:48 PM:

As Per the pricing Schedule the rate for Year One and Year Two are set.

Please refer to the Excel Spreadsheet titled Pricing Schedules.
