Council is seeking a traditionally constructed building for this project. As such, modular building solutions will not be accepted as part of this tender.

We have identified a couple of discrepancies within the tender documentation and would appreciate your clarification:

Electrical Drawings – There are two drawings labelled E004. The drawing titled "E004 – Specification Notes – Sheet 3" does not appear to be included in the tender package. Could you please confirm whether this drawing is missing and, if so, upload the missing sheet?

Architectural Drawings – The Window and Door Schedule is referenced as Drawing WD08; however, based on the drawing register, we were expecting this to be WD12. Could you please confirm the correct drawing reference and provide the applicable schedule if required?

Please confirm base scheme requirements for Tender Options 12.1-12.5 as indicated in the Pricing Schedule.

We are seeking clarification between base scheme and confirmation of tender option requirements to these areas as these are not indicated on Architectural Drawings.
