Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers for the provision of After-Hours Contact Centre Services.

Council is seeking a Supplier capable of delivering a seamless continuation of Council’s customer service operations, providing reliable, professional and consistent support to the community outside normal business hours and during periods of increased demand or service disruption.

Council requires a service model that ensures continuous availability to support customers during after-hours periods including weekends, public holidays and pre-arranged daytime overflow requirements.
