Question:
I have a few questions relating to the electrical scope for the Mackay Turf Club tender.

What size are the proposed portable heated spas? What electrical specs are available to allow for correct sizing of cabling and outlets for connection.

On the proposed Jockey facilities electrical plans there are 2 x meter panels shown on the western wall. Is this correct or will one be sufficient?

Are the existing meter panels being reused? If not are there any specs on what meter board/s is required to be installed? What size board/s?

Do the exhaust fans require ducting/venting? Are there specific exhaust fans that need to be used?

What size, brand are the ceiling fans?

What wattage flood light is required?

Are the 2 x 20A 3 phase outlets on the eastern wall remaining in place and do they need to be replaced during the upgrades? If so is a specific brand required?

Is the solar system getting upgraded during works and will a solar contractor need to be included as part of the electrical scope?

Is the comms cabinet located on the eastern wall of the jockey facilities? Does the data cabling in the jockey facility go back to that point?

Are there any specifications for sizing of sub main cabling for the proposed Horse Drug Testing Building?

Will the sub main cabling for the Horse Drug Testing Facility nee to be installed underground or overhead?

Question:
Could you also please confirm if the downlights in the proposed Swab box need to be able to take a fluorescent/LED bulb rather than being a standard diffused LED downlight.

Do all batten lights around the outside of the buildings need to be of the weatherproof variety?
