We look forward to your response.
Many thanks.

Question
:
What minimum and projected number of concurrent clients are the MNHHS expecting for this service?
Is the tender an exclusive? If not, is the MNHHS looking to divide the region geographically into districts or pool referrals in another way?

Question
:
Hi,
I have further queries regarding this tender.
1) The response reference number shown on the form on VendorPanel does not align with the tender reference number. For example, the online application displays VPR880920 while the tender number is VP490362. Could you please confirm whether this is an error?
2) Under the “Detailed Prices” section of the online form, there is a Quote Builder that appears inconsistent with the Excel spreadsheet provided for the tender response. Could you clarify the format and information required here?
3) At the beginning of the form, there are three category options:
- Community & Social Services
- Healthcare Services
- Personal & Domestic Services
If we wish to apply for more than one category, do we need to submit separate applications? If so, can this be done using the same login credentials?
Please let me know if any further clarification is needed. Otherwise, we look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Mine

Question
:
Hi,
Some further queries on the Home Care tender:
Patient Assessment and RACF Placement
Are these clients already assessed as requiring RACF placement and determined as not needing an acute bed prior to referral?
If RACF placement is the ultimate destination, what progress or steps will have been made by the hospital before discharge?
Funding and Care Continuity
If RACF placement cannot be secured within the 12-week service duration, does hospital funding continue until placement is achieved?
Alternatively, does the supplier assume responsibility for ongoing care without additional funding?
Care Management and Coordination
The inclusions indicate that the supplier is responsible for pursuing RACF placement and long-term packages.
Where should we capture our rates and capability for care management and coordination within the tender response?
Are there specific expectations or minimum standards for these functions?
Thanks
Mine

Question
:
Good morning,
I hope you're well. I'm hoping for clarification around the below queries:
- We note that the pay schedule includes one rate box per area of specialty, with no breakdown by grade level. Should we submit a single rate per specialty, or separate rates by pay grade?
- Could you please confirm whether suppliers are required to provide medical equipment for the services being delivered, and if so, does this apply to all services?
Thank you

Question
:
Question: Clause 6.2
We understand the requirement to communicate clinical notes from our staff to MNHHS following a Service Request with a Patient. However, for Home Care Patients, it is not usual for the agency labour hire professional health care workers to communicate and transfer documentation directly with a patient’s GP or manage referral requests.
Request
Please advise the expectation of agency labour hire staff.

Question
:
1) Schedule 1 – Conditions of Offer
Under Sub-heading 1: Interpretation, there appears to be a link error in the second paragraph:

Could you please confirm the correct reference or provide the intended clause?

We have a significant number of policies and procedures related to clinical care. Would you prefer that we:
List them as available upon request, or
Provide them as attachments with our submission?
3) Consumables and Equipment
Could you clarify whether the cost of consumables should be incorporated into the hourly rate, or invoiced separately to MNHHS?
4) Estimated Patient Allocation
For the projected patient numbers (minimum 20, maximum 40 concurrent patients), could you please clarify:
Does this estimate represent the total number of patients across all suppliers at any given time, or
Is it an indicative allocation per supplier?
5) Contract and Implementation Timeline
Are there any indicative timelines for:
RFQ evaluation
Contract signing
Service commencement (“stand-up”)

Question
:
Questions: 1. Could you please clarify the approval and billing process for any patient-related purchased items (e.g., equipment and consumables)? Are there specific invoicing requirements or preferred suppliers that we should be aware of?
2. Regarding the Supplier Response spreadsheet, could you confirm whether “how many staff available” refers to headcount or Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)?
3. In the Supplier Response spreadsheet, could you clarify what is meant by “Travel Rate during business hours” and “Travel Rate out of business hours”? Does this refer to:
Transporting a client to appointments as part of their care requirements,
A per-kilometre charge for transport, or
A combined labour plus travel cost?
4. Will the hospital provide the required device and consumables for VAC dressings?

In the draft contract, clause 5.4 b states:

Question
:
In the draft contract, clause 13.1 (a) (ii) (d) refers to clause 5.6 - however, this clause sets out the Provider’s responsibility to discuss new treatment with MNHHS if the Provider forms the view that the Patient requires New Treatment. Is the reference to this clause an error? If so, please confirm the correct clause that should be referenced here.
Similarly, clause 13.1 (a) (iii) references clause 13, which is the termination clause. Is this an error and if so, please confirm the correct clause that should be referenced here.
